During my work day I use PuTTY a lot. As SSH client, I find it close to perfect except for session management. As soon as you get few servers in, it becomes unwieldy.
PuTTY Run is program that runs in tray notification area, responds to Ctrl+Shift+P
and allows you to organize PuTTY sessions a bit. All is done in backward compatible way so you can continue using same sessions in both PuTTY and PuTTY Run. Actual session
Lot of things currently don't work here, biggest one being creation of new sessions. They will get added in time...
Program is still not worthy of 1.00 but I am getting there. In mean-time, you can download and try it out at GitHub.
Program requires .NET framework 2.0 (or higher).
